I wrote this song during a season of deep reflection — remembering how God has guided me through every uncertain step of my life.
Before I came to the United States, I had a dream. In that dream, I heard the voice of the Lord say to me, “Do not be afraid of anything. You will arrive in the U.S. before the end of February.”
The following year, I arrived in the United States on February 28.
That dream has never left me. It reminds me that my journey here was not random. It was directed. It was ordained. God brought me here.
Since then, I have faced painful trials. A group of individuals whom I describe as false refugees have pursued legal action against me. The emotional and financial pressure has been intense. I have been misunderstood, criticized, and deeply hurt. Yet throughout it all, I chose silence over retaliation. I chose restraint over revenge.
Many nights, I even prayed for them — asking God to let them experience His love.
Still, there were moments when I felt overwhelmed and exhausted. In that vulnerable state, I dreamed again — and once more, the message was clear: Do not be afraid.
This song was born from that place.
It is not a song of anger.
It is not a song of revenge.
It is a declaration of faith.

I am not afraid to dine alone
My heart won’t break from being unknown
I’ve walked through silence stone by stone
And turned my solitude to throne
No need for cheers to feel complete
No storm can shake me off my feet
You’ll never see me face defeat
I am not afraid
I am not afraid
I don’t require your applause
Stronger than your darkest claws
Built my walls with stronger laws
Standing tall without a pause
No need for cheers to feel complete
No storm can shake me off my feet
You’ll never see me face defeat
I am not afraid
I am not afraid
I don’t require your applause
Stronger than your darkest claws
Built my walls with stronger laws
Standing tall without a pause
No need for cheers to feel complete
No storm can shake me off my feet
You’ll never see me face defeat
I am not afraid
I am not afraid
